I can't see any change I make in my store

It's VERY FRUSTRATING, I can't see any change I make: cover image, product templates, products in the right category... I've read here that changes takes DAYS to show up, really?? 

Also I find many error 404 while navigate through the store sections. 

All these make very difficult to work with zazzle, never seen a platform that takes days to see the changes after click on "Save".

I really want to have a nice store, publish my designs and try to sell them but zazzle doesn't help at all.

Any solution?

I've tried to change the cover img or delete the current one 100 times but nothing happens.

If I try to access to "products" from there I get 404

When create a template, I can't see it in the assigned category, or use it to create new products.

Also can't move products to other category

issue has been reported here:

a creator in the above thread made the brilliant suggestion of hitting the [Ctrl] and [F5] keys together.
this will force a refresh of the store banner and logo.

Try signing into one of your other store's domains, e.g. zazzle.ca

Have your store banner and logo refreshed itself? (they did for me).

Yes thats my store but the cover image is the default zazzle image.

If I visit the store from other domain, I get the same result. If I try to log in using that domains the system doesn't recognise my credentials.

Any other idea?

@PlanetPlanB can you try signing into your account on a different browser?
(I'm using the latest versions of Chrome and Edge).

I've tried firefox and safari, I normally use Chrome. The same result...

have you tried on a different computer?

Yes I did, and tried on two different computers, both mac.

sorry that none of the above suggestions helped.
it sounds like an indexing issue for sure. hopefully this will be resolved soon.

I had the same problem and I hit those keys together and it worked!.  Thank you very much!!!!

Some of the changes that you've made will need to be indexed before they're visible publicly. Right now indexing is a little behind. We hope to have this resolved very soon. We're very sorry about the delay here.

I'm in the same boat. I've been trying to set my new store up and I can't change the banner at the top. Same issue with 404's on the "products" page.

Just keep making your product stuff in the meantime, you can work on the aesthetic and the to do list later, but get your products in, so once they index you will not see the 404 anymore on a new shop. The 404 shows up because your new products haven't gone "live" officially and so there's nothing to show on the customer end. But that will resolve, once indexing catches up. It's been fairly delayed lately, but when things are fixed or working as they should it only takes about a day.

Yes, it's what I do. Apparently is an index issue that (hope) is fixed soon.
