When trying to create a new product today I went to my image library within the design tool and discovered that a HUGE number of my images are missing. Over the last 10 years or so I had built up a substantial library with my original artwork stored into custom categorical folders (albums) but the contents of those albums are considerably smaller than the last time I checked (atleast 3 months ago). The image I wanted to use tonight was on another product of mine so I was able to go to that product and copy the image and then paste it on new product - but that image still does not show up in my library. Is this a technical glitch? Or have the rules been changed that images in our library have a "shelf life"? (if so, that's a HUGE problem as there are some images that the only place I've got them stored are on Zazzle due to multiple catastrophic computer problems on my end 😱
