Incorrect # of orders and royalty amounts on Recent Sales emails

As per my Royalty History report, I had orders for 36 school badges last night (an unusually high number for me, especially since I usually only get 1 or 2 orders are a time, and 99% of the time, these orders get cancelled because the college/university already exists and their copyright is being infringed), but I received a total of 5 Recent Sales emails mentioning that a total of 64 badges had been sold.

2 questions/concerns here:

(1) Does this mean that I have another 32 badge orders that do not show up/are not reflected in my Royalty History report (and Earnings & Transaction History report)? 

(2) Of these 64 badges on the Recent Sales emails, 32 badges reported individual royalties of $0.01. My correct individual royalty per badge should be $0.72. What could have triggered the 1-cent-per-badge royalty to appear on the Recent Sales emails for this particular badge?

The once cent per badge royalty is actually not even a royalty or a sale.  The second set of 32 will have had some kind of secondary content (a background, font pairing, etc. from the design tool) added.  You will notice that your royalty is also reduced a small amount for the secondary content designer.  For some reason it always shows up as a 1c royalty duplicate in our sales emails if there is secondary content added and it is very confusing the first time it happens.  I've experienced it several times as well.

(or the 28 or whatever don't show up in your royalty history)

@Malissa, you are quite right -- I saw a 0.3% drop in the royalty column (I never thought to look at the royalty % decrease because secondary content is used so rarely on my ordered designs).
