Indexing Issue, again?

Have others experienced indexing/ new product delay again? Products since 8/29 not posting? 

 

Just wanted to see if it was just me or if it's everyone, again?

In one of my stores some products appeared then disappeared again, still many missing

I wish Zazzle will fix this problem soon Christmas is almost there:(

I don't expect any indexing except once every 10 days or so. I try to design 3 to 4 months ahead of any kind of holiday or occasion cycle - which reduces my stress over this. I used to try to get into the new feed around holidays etc., but between indexing and t-shirt spam, I have given up on that strategy. 

I still hope a real fix to this is coming (there are vague answers from the mod team that this is in the works, which I would expect of course, I am sure they don't like it for us or them either, but otherwise no real definitive answers still) and that things will return to the expect 24ish hours on our products popping into the MP and IN ORDER!

A bunch of things appeared the other day... then went away.. and now the things after it after appeared and all the the things that appeared are missing currently. This happened 2 or 3 rounds of indexing ago too (Can't keep track anymore!) and eventually resolved, but it is stressful to try to keep watch on. Especially when you are anxious/excited to see your new creations live!

But I am with you in the meantime, planning far ahead to be sure things are well situated for occasions in advance. Accepting this holiday season won't be the best if we didn't start back in the summer (which is truly the best practice for the holiday season anyway, even when indexing is perfect) and planning to do  better for next year!

And we have all the late winter and spring holidays and events to plan for now!

@BKMuir I don't see either of the products below in the marketplace, but they do appear in your store. I'll see what we can do with these.

Site is not indexing again. I have been clicking on products to refresh them the past 2 days and they are not updating.

Yeah, I second that. After indexing working absolutely beautifully for about a week, I've had no new products appear in the mp/my public store since 11/20.

Yes, no indexing last few days again. With all the new products hitting the marketplace, this is really hurting our bottom line trying to get our newly published products seen and sold. Hope the issue is resolved quickly.

same problem. also new views seem to be stuck on the same products. wish they would just leave well enough alone. to some of us, this is our livelihood.

unfortunately it is not feasible for me to submit dozens of links... perhaps it would be helpful to know that nothing has indexed since Friday night? You system should have an indication of how many products that would represent

I'm just asking for a handful of links. Maybe 10 max. Doesn't need to be an exhaustive task or anything like that. You don't need to do it immediately, but next time you check on something like this grabbing a few product links would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I'm still not seeing those products or any other Christmas products I've made since then (11/26) in my back end Christmas category.  I see some of them in other places, like if I switch into the public storefront, or ones we pull to our website through the API, but they aren't showing in the back end correctly.

Hi Scott...here are a few of mine that have not had views updated since Nov 27. I have a couple more of the new hanging tapestries that have not had views updated from the same date. I keep clicking on them every day, but no views are being recorded. As well, sold items on my storefront page have not been appearing for the past few days. Thanks for looking into this!

still no updates. I had a couple products indexed before the weekend but they are no longer showing as being added to marketplace. What is going on?

Hi,

I recently started a page last week Dec 1/2 and have been uploading designs, I am getting emails that items will be published in 24 hours but I have not seen any of the products show up in my Store.

 

If anyone could help that would be great.
