Issue when posting new designs for sale: no "Sell" button, only the "Personalize" button

Hi! Is anybody having the same issue? I've been working for the past 2 hours on designs and when I try to post them for sale, the "Sell" button is not showing, just the "Personalize" button shows. I'm properly logged in my store, not on my profile page. I sent an email to Zazzle team. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Thanks for your answers. Even if you can't help, I want to know if it's an issue on my end only, or a general one.

For cards & invitations make sure you've chosen an envelope and that the remove attribution box is not checked.

@TMGEE There are some items from the design tool that can not be used in items being sold publicly in a creator's store such as icons or backgrounds from the tool itself, which can sometimes be the cause of this issue.  Another reason can sometimes be if a design has not been started from a blank "create your own" template.

That said, I've reached out to you by email to assist if none of the above are the cause of this issue.

Thank you for your answer, Beth. None of this is the issue. I've created these designs with blank templates, as I always do. I'll check your email.

Thank you very much Cat! I had not checked an envelope! The Sell button re-appeared... Wow, small thing, big issue...😄

@TMGEE another designer had a similar problem the other day https://community.zazzle.com/t5/technical-issues/missing-quot-sell-it-quot-button-on-a-mousepad-desi...

Perhaps you need to make sure your artwork is on a layer (they added a background color under theirs for the sell it button to kick in)

Thank you very much, Sara 🙂 I don't have a background color in my layers, but I will check out this post.
