Issue with Tissue Paper

Searching the term 'Tissue Paper' in my public store front brings back 'no items found' but if you drill down the categories - it's there.

Also notice that  the discount (normally 15%) is not showing next to the price (normally in red)

Is there an issue with the tissue?

Hi @Pádraig Shiver me timbers - I searched the store front (https://www.zazzle.com/store/dadsbbq/products?qs=tissue%20paper&dp=252147783937470036) and Tissue Paper appeared! Magic!

Still have the issue that a discount is not applied (unless there isn't a discount which would explain it)

Thanks for the update @Sara_H, I'm delighted to hear that the issue is resolved. I'm not seeing any active promotions for tissue paper at the moment which is why you may not be seeing the discounts. Did you see something on the site that suggests otherwise? We're happy to investigate further of course.

Nothing to suggest that it would be discounted @Pádraig  I just presumed that everything is on sale everyday always.
