I created a bunch of products that I had not yet made public and now they are still listed and shown in the "my products" section, but when I click on about half of them, they go through to an error page, saying the page/product does not exist. I was just getting ready to roll these out for a sports team, but now I can't because they are gone. I also can no longer get into my main design. I click on it and it just seems to get stuck and goes nowhere. Please help!

Yes, I am logged in. I have also tried logging out and re-logging in. Still gone and then an additional item disappeared when I did that.

Is there any chance that your main design would have a copyright issue, either in the image itself or in the file name? I know that images will be zapped out of the image library when something like that comes up. EDIT: I just clicked through to your store and see that the team you referenced is USC. That's very likely to bring copyright issues unless you can get some kind of licensing permission for those products. And this is likely the explanation for the disappearance of the products and the image you are using.

Not that I'm aware of. If that were the case, then everything would disappear. It makes zero sense.

Indeed you have run afoul of copyright... Charitable or not, unless USC has given you permission, you cannot use their name or sports logos... If you do have official permission, you would need to submit proof of that to Zazzle.

The only time this has ever happened to me is when I replace an existing product and delete the original before the new one is posted. I do not yet have the superpower of being able to edit/replace existing listings, so I have to make new products to swap out instead.
When you take an existing product that is posted for sale, and then edit it and change the design, if you delete the original design that is posted for sale before posting the new one for sale, the newly edited one will no longer be accessible and will give the error message you mentioned because the product it originated from no longer exists. I sincerely hope that makes sense, and perhaps this has nothing to do with your situation but that's the only time I've ever gotten that message for "saved designs".
