Last Viewed Date not updating (May 2023)

My sales have been struggling too - and this is typically my busiest time of year.  Suddenly - I'm lucky to see two sales a day.  Can't help but wonder if it's related.

Thank you for investigating this issue. Views have not updated since 5/24/23 in any of my stores, although I almost always have daily views in each one. Here's an example of a product that has sold, but its last viewed date is 2/22/23. Thanks!

It is impacting creaters today.  One of my shops shows last viewed was 6 days ago and my Google analytics says otherwise.

Hi Scott,
I have hundreds of new products added  since 5/24, just checked this morning 5/31, still no views since 5/24. For me, indexing stopped at 5:21 pm on 5/24. This is the third time since January this has happened, this repeated indexing issue is very frustrating. (Btw, I sent you details in chat two days ago, thanks)

When looking at my shop via 'Last Viewed', nothing has updated for 6 days now.  I can see from my google analytics that I have had views and I've had a few sales too, although it has been quieter than usual.

My views haven't updated in 7 days. I've had many sales, too many to take the time to post. This is across all my stores.

Can you provide an ETA on when the indexing issue will be resolved? Seven days is a long time to be waiting for a resolution to the Last Viewed feature. Thanks!

It's been 7 days for me as well.  What's even more strange... is my sales have come to almost a complete stop since then.  This is my busiest time of year and suddenly, I'm lucky if I see 2 sales a day.  Very unusual.  Also, I stopped receiving emails when my new products are posted.  Not sure if that's related or not.  Was fine before the views stopped updating.

Yup.  Sales came right back after last viewed / backend was fixed... (although the royalty reports stopped working).  Now suddenly back to a crawl again & I realized last viewed is back down again.  I just don't think it's a coincidence.

Same, my sales from the last couple of days don’t show up in ‘last sale date’ and my last viewed date died again (2 days ago).

Well, I already see positive changes. The views have been updated, I don't think all of them, but most of them already.

The views seem to be working in the backend, but not updating in the product pages. The product pages still show the same number of views I had a week ago.

Las Viewed Date is not Updating again or some product does and other don't, also I cannot see my messages, I received a reminder from Zazzle about new messages but not showing on my inbox. Anyone else with the same problem?

Yes. Same for me. Only 4 products started showing View counts, but there's a couple of pages of my latest ones not doing anything. I don't know about messages.

I did see a sale take (I think) 2 days to show up on my Royalty History, though. Showed up on my total royalties, but I was trying to find out what sold, and from which store. In fact, I got the email from Zazzle before this one appeared in my History on-site. I figured it was because it was a design transfer to another product. Dunno. It would be nice to see the Views problem fixed, though (for all products).

I am experiencong the same. Since royalty history got fixed, it seems last viewed date is not updating again, and sales stopped. Strangely, while royalry history was down, sales were coming 🤣

For me the indexing hasn't worked properly for 2 months 5 days now.. This happens every year, oddly it's usually around the time of the daylight savings stuff happening but this is by far the longest it's ever gone on.. I've given up trying to keep up with what needs attention now.

Hello, Scott. The "Last Viewed Date" stopped working again three days ago in my shops. Any sign of this getting fixed anytime soon. It's now been more than 4 months and I have products showing red being hidden and needing optimisation that I know for certain have been viewed and reviewed. I also have almost 600 new products that have definitely been viewed and checked that are still showing as never viewed.
