Last viewed date not updating

Seems to have stopped updating sometime yesterday (likely afternoon). Last viewed sort shows a couple products at one day but everything else is 2 days or more

My views haven’t been updated for 6 days now. And last sold date seems to be affected as well. I haven’t checked anything else.

Yes, no new views now for 6 days here too. Frustrating as it would have been useful to know what buyers are viewing at this busy time of year.

thank you. This is getting a bit ridiculous. Can't remember the last time it was left broken this long. Are you also going to fix the Zrank drop this issue has caused?

it has been several days since my latest products sold have updated on my page - shows the same 9 things even though I have many more sales since that.

Same here, my new products show 0 views for 6 days now (in both my stores), and usually I get at least 1 view in a day. Is Zazzle aware of this problem?

I actually emailed them about this a few days ago. They replied and said they're working on a solution.. I do hope they fix it soon.

My visits have also not been updated for 7 days. Analytics tells me that my store with Christmas cards had more than 100 visits yesterday, but sales have slowed down for 4-5 days, maybe it's normal... No sales on new products, mainly old ones with previous sales and featured ones. .. I don't know how all this affects....

I have been having the same problem for 6 days now. I am having sales but the views are not updating at all.

Now my sales are showing in notifications, but not in earnings list, which makes me wonder if I'm getting credit for sales. Everything in sales dropped of yesterday about noon, so either it was a really slow day, or notifications weren't working and earnings weren't updated. But product views and last sold date is still showing as last time was 7 days ago.

It's been 7 days since my stats have updated (last update on 11/25). It's a bummer during this busy time when we need to understand our sales to determine where to focus on our promotions for seasonal products. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon and we won't lose the data for this very busy last week... Wishing everyone a happy and successful holiday season.
