It has been about four days at this point and these items have not been indexed to marketplace

I'm also experiencing this problem again, my products haven't uploaded since the 19th January

Products from before the 24th are now appearing, so that is progress. I hope the rest will follow suit. Keeping fingers crossed and thanks

Indexing appears to have stopped again. Checking the marketplace for "newest" mugs, posters, cards, invitations and pillows, the last products indexed were created on 1/24/24 at approximately 12:34am. I don't see any products made after that time. It seems the indexer works for a few days and then stops.

The products that not have been published from 24th of JAN .. Don't know what's happening . It's already a month now .

I'm having this issue too. Last products showing were created 1/23/24. I have 56 products in the past week not showing up.

I guess this would be an opportune timed to organize collections, seeing as how Zazzle seems to really want to push them. Considering none of the categories I redid a week ago are showing any items, the collections are the best option for me right now to show my work.

Progress has been slow, but there's still progress being made. Engineering has been needing to troubleshoot a few things along the way. We're continuing to monitor indexing and product statistics with the hopes that these issues will be fixed very soon. We're sorry about the delays here.

Just wanted you to know all my new items that were missing on my 3 stores are back on my stores now! So even though it took awhile, THANK-YOU to tech support for all their hard work, I do not envy their job!!!😊 Thanks a million!

I published my most recent product on the evening of Jan 24 (US Eastern time) and added a personal cover photo to it not long after. Given all these threads about various "indexing" issues and things running behind, I've been checking a couple times a day to see if it's shown up in MP searches yet and it finally just did (Jan 30), complete with its personal cover image.

Also this last week I have been adding cover photos to older pre-existing products and while they showed almost immediately on the product pages, they weren't showing as the thumbs in the MP. Now tonight they are, so yay, looks like the blockage is getting Drano'ed out. 👍

I'm posting this because it's not clear to me if Zazzle is aware that it seems indexing stopped again several days ago. I have products made on 2/1/24 and later that have not indexed. I've been checking the marketplace for several days and nothing new has indexed for days. The last products I can see that have indexed were created on 2/1/24 at 4:32 am.

I really don't mean to be pushy, but since this has been an ongoing problem for close to a month where indexing works for a few days and then stops for the better part of a week (seemingly always stopping on or near a weekend) it would really be nice to have more communication regarding this. I know everyone is really busy, but it's really disheartening and demotivating to spend so much time on products and then they don't index, and we have no information when they will or if Zazzle is even aware that the issue is happening again. It feels like we're stuck in a Zazzle version of "Groundhog Day". I'm sure Zazzle is just as frustrated as we are, but I've always been told that communication is key when there's an issue. So, please Zazzle, if you could find a few minutes on a more regular basis to keep us informed, it would be truly appreciated by me and I'm sure many others. Many thanks in advance.

Keep begging for transparency and alerts. Maybe one day we will get them. Just fyi, this isn't "the last month" this has been cyclical for a long time now. Years at this point.

I've grown to expect things won't index in the 24 hours that they used to assure. And its frustrating, but I know they always eventually do and I just try to be patient and plan ahead, but it's still frustrating, especially when better and thorough communication would go such a long way.

Hello, I have different issue. I made a collection and all products from it is not visible anywhere. Even in my view of store. I never have a situation like that. When I was publishing collection it was visible and now it disappeared. Anybody else has a problem like that?

Something similar happened to me. I published products and added them to a collection nearly a week ago. I can see them on my creator view of products but I believe they are still indexing and cannot be seem in any searches, Yesterday only one of these products came through in the marketplace and I thought they would all slowly start to come through. However this morning that one item disappeared from the marketplace view. I can still see it my creator side though.

None of the designs I have posted for sale in the month of Feb. are showing on the public side of my store.  I know today's won't be showing up yet but it's been 6 days from the 1st so those should be showing up by now.

I also have the same problem since day-2. There were dozens of products that simply disappeared. In the range of recently viewed items, there are indeed a few, but few. I entered one and saw that the Quick stats information was missing, however, it was still associated with my store, although it doesn't appear there. Interestingly, I opened the general store in another browser and noticed that no products created after day-2 appear. The problem seems to be general and focusing attention on one case or another will not solve the problem.

All of the example products that have been added to this conversation are appearing in the marketplace. If you've published products in February that are not appearing in the marketplace please link me to them (linking me to 4-5 products should be sufficient).

What has been happening is that the system seems to periodically be reversing itself. for example as of this afternoon, it had indexed products to about last evening. However this evening the latest products created is only showing things i completed a week ago

Is anyone still having problems with indexing? My categories are not showing up in my store and my products are not showing up in the marketplace.

I have created three collections, but only one shows up in the store. The first collection was made over three weeks ago and is nowhere to be found.
I've also added 19 items, but only two appear in the store. The missing items were all assigned to the missing collection.
The collection is Adult or PG13, but I have found MANY of the same cannabis-related products in the Zazzle community.  HELP!
