Missing Product

When I view my public storefront and pull up a category, newest to oldest, it appears that the product I have been creating since as early as April is not showing up. My sales have been down since April. 

Also, when I view my public storefront, I don't see one of my biggest collections, Baby Shower Invitations For Girls. 

Can someone explain?

I have had trouble finding my products in marketplace for newer items ( made months ago but newish) no matter what phrase I used and they were also absent from an external feed so it’s not a Zazzle site glitch it’s a feed issue? I don’t understand the technicals but I’ve emailed Zazzle about it. I realise others are affected too and search is pulling all manner of weird results at the moment so I’m hoping it’s something under the hood they’re busy working on to fix.

Sorry to hear about these issues.

In regards to your products not showing in categories, I believe this issue is the same as the one being discussed here. Any updates will be posted in that thread.

In regards to your collection, it has not been chosen to show in any of your stores. If you go to the collection, click on the "marketplace" channel, check the store you would like it to show in and then click "save", this should change this for you.

Thanks, Mark. The green button on marketplace said "enabled", so that led me to believe everything was done correctly. I went in and fixed it. It makes me wonder if I have this problem with other collections that have the green enabled button.
