Volume Bonus page (https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/volumebonus) is showing an uptick in Referral sales dollars April 1 through April 30 without correlating Referrals in Referral History (https://www.zazzle.com/my/earnings/referralhistory). I had $149.81 in verified Referral sales. The VB page says I had $293.89 in Referral Sales. That's a $144.08 difference. How am I being credited with Referred sales without getting the associated Referrals?? I know we're not getting paid for Volume Bonus anymore, and VB itself isn't the reason I'm here. I'm here because it would appear that we may not be getting our Referral Earnings. I kind of thought I might be losing my mind or inputting into my workbook incorrectly, and then this happened: A client I've been working with for many years made purchases today -- both sales are showing as Third Party. Her last 10+ sales have been None sales, as she blocks cookies. She clicks links I provided her for custom designs and makes her purchases. It's possible she clicked someone else's link, but I'm skeptical because she has been consistent for years. - If she clicked one of my links, it had my RF ID in it; if the cookie stuck, it should've been 15% to ME - Both sales were Third Party to someone else; I won't know if that was Zazzle until I get the sales email - Today's sales are 169-67266977-6690558 and 169-12686358-0821994 - Her prior 10 sales neither Third Party- or Self-Referred: 169-46659475-4508012 169-28668320-5932039 169-96555768-3846927 169-14026550-0685865 169-17471121-0767316 169-83073682-1105877 169-78490171-6776833 169-17028918-4948451 169-52175373-7193063 169-57643573-3547421 As Zazzle can see the Products purchases, my RF ID/Member Account is knowable to anyone looking into the issue, but if I need to ID myself via email to Support, happy to do so. I keep getting logged out! When I upload a graphic and try to create a product, it says I'm logged out and can't continue. I have to log back in and go back to my project. It's very frustrating! Anyone else having this issue?

I just created a new collection yesterday and I'm trying to complete the 'Zazzle Marketplace' options. The checkboxes for selecting 10 representative products are all grayed out and none are defaulting to selected or able to be selected. When I post a collection to Twitter/X using the share link, the image doesn't appear. I can see this has happened before, and the earlier post from another seller was marked 'solved', but it seems to be happening again.

I created a new collection here https://www.zazzle.com/collections/sea_foam_green_beach_house_coastal_cottage_style-119752248228207955 And It has 17 products in it which appear to all show in the public storefront view. However, when I go to "edit collection" only 12 products appear. Therefore I am not able to properly rearrange the products in the collection because it is only showing me 12 of them 🙃

In the past, I've sold a fair number of watches, both wrist and pocket types. I've actually bought many myself, as I love the Zazzle watches. Unfortunately, I hardly ever sell a watch anymore, and I may have just found out why. Try to search for them. I get results, but generally not wrist watches or pocket watches. Lots of apple wrist bands, but not what I'm looking for. Tried to narrow the category, but that was no help.

Hi there I keep running into a glitch when I am making my Benable boards with my links, When I put my link on a new board it pulls up a Zazzle link Instead one that already has boards and a green light to share on Benable, They are not my products but other Zazzler's. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Some of the photos of my products are not showing up when I try to share them on Benable. Instead it's just a bunch of unrelated advertiser pictures, other people's designs, or the zazzle logo. Sometimes it won't even fill my product title even though I'm on the sales page. How can I fix this? I've been just adding the photos to my computer and uploading but it seems like there should be an easier way. This is only for some designs others work fine, but I want to give love to stuff I've had to unhide for the 10th time.

I changed my default royalty setting many days ago, and still none of them updated. It doesn’t even work if I edit each product individually. Also when posting a new product, still the old percentage is set by default. I edited the global setting again 2 days ago, hoping it was just a temporary issue, but still not updating. I could make some changes to test before the 20th, they updated in about 1 day. I can’t have my previous setting for another month! Please fix till the daily royalty updates end at the 30th.

Hello, The function of adding images to designs is not working. After selecting the images from the already uploaded files and clicking on the "Add to design" button, no action whatsoever is noted. I am having some issues in my collections backend. Since the issues are multiplying, I thought it was time to reach out for help. 1) Typo in the Collections Backend. File Folders is mispelled File Folers. 2) How do we make a collection private? I do not see where to make a collection private or to undo private status. When I have all collection channels enabled, some collections show up as private anyway. Other collections, when those same collection channels are disabled, are still public. In both cases, all products inside those collections are set as direct sell only. I need the ability to navigate this for my business clients. 3) I am not able to share a collection with a client when it is set to private. All products in the collection are set to direct sell only. But those items should be viewable by anyone I send the link to. However, the collection is not viewable. I am directed to undo private status in order to share the collection. But when I am done sharing I have no way to make it private again. 4) Employee Lanyards- The products I am taken to (from the collections backend Lanyard section, when I click create a lanyard, are key chains and dry erase boards. The employee badges I did create (and included the lanyard feature) show up in name badges and not Lanyards. Thank you in advance.
