New Collection is now not appearing

I created a new collection the other day and added a bunch of products. All was well until today when I noticed the collection doesn't appear under Collections. I checked a few of the products and the collection *does* appear in the selection box.

I see the Collections pod on the product page. I also see it on your member page. I don't see the collection appearing in your store because you don't have that enabled.

I've sent something to Z yesterday about this. Collections from April 12th were not showing on products. Today, I can see the title of the collection on the product page as though it is trying to show. My bet is on the terrible indexing happening here.

It's weird because the collection was appearing for a few days then it disappeared.
