Me too! Created a postcard and published as usual, but it didn't show up on my back end. Really glad i could hit the back button to save the design. Yesterday's products were also duplicated as well.

Well .... I created a few products yesterday and set them to hidden so I can use them as base templates for other designs later, and today I saw they were all duplicated !!! and a red sign beside them (not the usual hidden eye sign ) so I deleted those duplicates and refreshed my page and now all of the designs I made are gone !!! 😥 I can't even restore them from the '' saved designs '' part of my account now ! they do appear there but after clicking , it says the product can't be found 😒

Hello, items I created 2 days ago are showing up in the back end view with a duplicate. An item I created this morning, I was able to add to a collection (which has also not been working properly for a few days), and it shows up in the collection but not when I go to my product view. It should be the newest item there and is not there at all. Not sure if it helps, but this is the item:

Thank you in advance for your guidance. I hope to receive updates by having responded..

There are some major technical problems I've noticed the last three days
1. All new products have disappeared after being posted for sale. I don't know what to do so I guess I'm going to stop making new products until this is resolved. This is really upsetting.
2. Sorting by newest to oldest is completely messed up and in the incorrect order
3. Random products have been duplicated
PLEASE give us an estimation for how long it will be until these issues are resolved.

I have had the same problem. I´ve made new products and also tried to create same product in another color and they don´t show up in my "product" tab.
The last products I made that do show up is duplicated, one version with 0 views and the other one with some views. I tried to delete the one with 0 views and both were deleted.

I’m just going to pop in here and say that these technical issues apparently started on Friday — right about the time that Zazzle deployed the new Frames feature on the design tool. Typically, website updates should not be deployed on Fridays because then the forum isn’t monitored and reports of technical issues are not seen by moderators or addressed by technicians until Monday. And then if the issue (or issues in this case) is complex, the fix can take several days. These issues are likely impacting designers’ sales — and Zazzle’s sales as well.
Does Zazzle have the ability to walk back their website to last Thursday — when things were working well — and then work on the fix in the background?

I would for sure not be surprised if it is affecting sales honestly. I've had two of my lowest days the past two days in a long time.

Agree, these glitches are affecting sales. Customers can't fine the items that disappeared. Arrangement of items is messed up and their links are showing no items. Please restore the program to the way it was last Thursday before all the glitches.

Same... I was on a roll with making new designs and transferring designs... but if I'm not seeing them show up in my products, then it's kind of hard to continue working.

Agree, right now I am lost with adding new items. I have five separate stores with over 10,000 products and art designs over a 15 year span. I like to have a breakdown when I saw every store was affected yesterday and the majority of 15 years of work disappeared. I am on disability, retired and this is my lifeline of added income to make ends meet. Yesterday glitches were brutal. Thankfully, the items were restored though the uploads products since last night did not show up in store management and the ones that did are are out of sync. Today, June 4, 2025, my newly designed items are posting sporadically and out of order. I have a routine every day with adding designs. This recent series of glitches has my stores, my art work, and my routine all out of sync. Not to mention no sales in three days. Its a hot mess right now. Please, Zazzle resolve this glitches ASAP.

Zazzle has been doing this to designers for over a decade... they usually make major changes at the worst possible times, be it weekends or as in the past right before the holiday shopping season starts...
I too have had to just stop working on new products on Zazzle. The site is non-functional as is
I would just love to have Zazzle become a worthwhile, viable site for the average designer (not the average uploader)
Get rid of the spam and designs uploaded for the sake of making as many as they can... by monitoring quality control. DO not punish designers who are not selling in bulk, or those of us who don't currently earn 4+ figures per month.
Your recent changes Zazzle are forcing many of us to consider whether it is worth our time and effort to remain active on the site. I cannot make ends meet by earning 9 cents per postcard. Treat us like deserving creatives and give us a fair chance while taking away those who are merely littering the site

Zazzle has been very fair with their artists. They offer high quality products. Their designer tools are state-of-the art, user-friendly and versatile, one of the best in the print-on-demand business. I have been with Zazzle for 15 years. Yes, I have 5 stores. Yes,I have over 10,000 items. My artwork is original with 99.9% satisfied customers over a 15 year span. All my artwork is meticulously designed on each Item. My work is my signature. I take special care to go the extra effort to ensure precision placement to every item and to ensure customer satisfaction. I have put in the time and effort for decades and keep adding new designs and items, daily, to steadily build my stores and customers. I stay with Zazzle becaus of long term success with a steady and proven company. I am disabled and retired. This Zazzle commission, thankfully, adds to my fixed income. Zazzle gives me the luxury to be able to be creative, set my desired commission, and most of all, the ability to work from home. I make a steady commission of about $150.00 a month. The added income fluctuates by season and trend. I work everyday with hope my sales will increase. Marketing has been a struggle for me, and is for most artists, with difficulty to drive more customers to their stores. However, I do not knock anyone for trying to make a living through Zazzle. Yes, artists come and go but most are long term. Many have incredible artistis talent, they too struggle with acquiring steady adequate sales. I do not spam, I do not bulk, I am an original artist who puts in the effort. Until this week of glitches, I have never had one problem with Zazzle. I love Zazzle's ability to create and transpose my artwork ease and flexibility. All their products are high quality. Every customer has been very satisfied with my artwork and their items. I have had less than 1% returns in 15 years. So don't knock Zazzle, they are oneof the best print-on-demand (POD) businesses. Yes, glitches happen but they will fix it. Most of all, DO NOT shun artists who have thousands of items and multiple stores. Most of us have been with Zazzle long term for decades, working very hard, daily, to build our stores with over decades of hard work and with great pride in our original creative designs. If you need more commission, Zazzle allows you to set whatever commission you desire and yest they recently set a small fee for setting commission over 25% which is intended to deter price gouging and ensure more fairness. Check out other POD sites and compare them to Zazzle, then you will see Zazzle is an steady, user-friendly, and fair POD option. Be patient, work on marketing, adjust your commissions to your needs, and keep creating.

It's understandable to be excited about new designs, and I'm happy for your enthusiasm! However, I want to share some important information regarding designing on watches.
Currently, if you were to put designs on watches, you might find the experience different than expected. As of an update approximately one month ago, watches are not searchable on Zazzle. When trying to find watches, users primarily see t-shirt tiles and Apple Watches, But not wrist watches .
Regarding a quick fix for this, it's probably best not to expect one soon. This issue might have been avoided if Zazzle had thoroughly beta-tested their update or backed up their server, allowing for a rollback. Many of us have been highlighting these potential issues for months. This situation can be frustrating, and it certainly makes one question the level of care and preparedness.

Same problems for my shops, but I don't hold any expectations that Z will read our posts, since their replies are few and far between. Seventeen years of this, starting to weigh heavily stress wise. I was hoping that I left the dark stress behind when I moved from CP, but no.
I will suggest for the gazillionth time, Z please hire more tech savvy coders, and/or replace non functional servers, and most importantly hire some tech to be on duty from Friday afternoon to Monday morning to jump on these issues.
While I am extremely grateful to everyone who posts about issues, I am way over having to read all the posts we so carefully and comprehensively enter into the tech forum and all the other forums, with very little to no response from mods. How about having a dedicated forum mod, reading the posts, and actually responding to them with something more than 'I will pass that along.'
I just had to blow off some steam, release some pressure: Figured out my dark mood, self diagnosed PTZSD: I have diagnosed myself as having what I will label post-traumatic Zazzle stress disorder (PTZSD) ,allegedly a mental health condition that can develop after a creator has been traumatized by site issues, missing products, non or slow indexing, etc. It's characterized by persistent symptoms such as re-experiencing site problems, missing payments, and changes in royalties. PTZSD can significantly impact a creators ability to function on the Z site. You read it here first, LOL not.

Unfortunately newly created products going missing isn't the only problem on my end. There appears to be some issue with adding to collections as well. The back end drop down doesn't load then closes down after about 2 seconds each time I click on the ' Add products' button. 😪

I am having the same problems too with duplication of products that I didn’t do and a new product not showing up in my store. I think I might take a month off until things run smoothly again.

I have the same issue with new products from yesterday. Now I'm wondering if the Zippos I made a few weeks ago already encountered the same problem. They never appeared under "under review," and I haven't touched a Zippo since.
Plus the doubled products from the week start, everything's a bit messed up in my shops right now.

Same thing. I posted about 80 yesterday, and only about 10 show up on the back end.. Yet, when I go to the zazzle homepage and search for those missing 80, they do show up there. So maybe while they exist, we really really really need to see them in the back end! And if someone purchases one of these missing things, I'm not sure they'll then translate to a sale because they don't exist in my back end. What to do? I don't think I'll post anything until this clears up.

I really hope Zazzle resolves the issue soon. As a teacher, summer is the only time I can dedicate uninterrupted hours to working on my stores. Since school let out, I’ve been putting in 6 to 8 hours a day, so it's a bit anxiety-inducing when the products I’ve worked so hard on don’t appear.

I can relate. I retired from teaching two years ago, and I remember the time constraint! I'm hoping it's soon, too. I've been working in my Etsy store since I'm reluctant to work on anything in Zazzle until this is fixed.
