Newly created items not showing up in back end

Just want to report that along with the duplicates issue, the products I just created are not showing up in my back end.

Newly items not showing up, and of course - there are no sales

I'm experiencing the same for new products. It seems that these are there (somewhere) but not indexed, searchable or viewable in the store management end or marketplace. They are accessible, though, from my Pinterest posting links. Below are examples of links for such products that fit that profile. I was able to find them from the Pinterest posts, but not directly from the Zazzle site.
