not receiving verification code for chat

Hi
I got a message on the chat from zazz-le inspect. I entered my phone number to get the verification code. I tried multiple times but I am not getting it. I am from Sri Lanka. why is this? what can I do?

Hi i am having the same issue . It is going around in circles so unable to read my messages to assist my customers. I have an Australian number registed but living in Jordan at present so i didn;t ask for a code to be sent.
Looking forward to a fix.

Same problem here. I am in the UK and the verification does not work with my UK mobile number.
I have meanwhile 5 messages from customers which I am not able to attend to.
As I can see from the first few words that they are all regarding problems with already placed orders and actually require to contact customer service, could possibly someone from Zazzle get in contact with them?
I hate the idea of possible cancelled sales just because these customers never got an answer to their queries.

I see that this problem is widespread... 😞 After about 15 attempts, I finally managed to get a code. In the absence of any other solutions, just keep trying. You might eventually get a code if you persist, though there's no guarantee. I was lucky.

I'm a Zazzle designer from Sri Lanka. I want to receive the OTP to verify my account, but when I enter my phone number, I do not receive any SMS with the OTP. Is there something wrong with my number or are there any other issues? Please look into that matter.
