Only one of my collections shows up when I click on "View all Collections"

Hi, when I'm signed out and click on "View all Collections" from my storefront page, only one collection appears.  Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

This has been an ongoing issue since December and this is the temporary solution I posted in another post.

While the original problem has not been resolved and there is still a bug or a glitch, I did get the collections to show in my public storefront.

I went to each collection that missing from my public shop and deleted 1 product from that collection and then immediately added that product back to the collection, I deleted it from. Sometimes, I had to delete the product and add it back a couple of times, for the collections to show up.

Some creators had luck with doing this, try adding 1 new product to the missing collection and then check to see if the collection shows up in your public shop.

When adding a new collection, you will have to go to that new collection and delete 1 product and add it back to the collection, in order for it to show up in your public shop.

When reorganizing the collections, some of the collections will disappear and you will have to go back thru the steps above, to get the missing collections to show up again.

Thanks for your help!  I did delete one product from a collection and it's now showing up on the page.  It's a shame we have to go through this and I hope Zazzle fixes the problem soon.  Thanks again!

Your welcome, I hope it's fixed soon too, it's been going on for 2 months. I received the same message from someone in support back in December,  @Roberta  "I have just flagged these issues and your screenshot with our team now! Hope we'll get an update soon. Thank you!" I have no idea who at Zazzle is working on this.

Oh wow, it fixed, it seems that the bugs happened if we put multiple items to a collection at the same time.

That happens to me every time I edit the collections. They are gone for days and then they start showing up, not all at the same time. I'm still waiting for one more to be visible, It's been about a week now since I made the edits.

You can make the collection visible instantly, in your public shop. Try the steps I outlined below and the collection will show up, in your public shop. Hopefully someone at Zazzle is at least looking into the problem, it's been going on at 2 months.
