I have a TON of products that were somehow "originally published" in foreign countries and/languages. Which is NOT true because I only ever use the zazzle.com. This is now presenting issues. Edits made to products details don't "take" and aren't permanent if they're done on the main zazzle.com. I have to go to each country's websites individually to update the product details there. This presents further problems with products like lamps that are no longer in that country and only give you an error page and do not show up in the search or backend of your store. i.e.

Ideally I'd love all my products transferred back to the .com US English site. The reason I say English is b/c I have a product that says "originally published in español (Estados Unidos)" but when I go to the "Spanish" .com, it doesn't allow me to edit it.

A customer emailed me the link because she wanted to reorder and said that it was erroring her out when she tried to change the logo.
I recreated the template to see if she could change the logo on the "new" design.
I'm waiting to hear back from her.
When I go into details on the link she sent me as well as the new link it tells me that the design was originally created in espanol. I don't know why it;s doing that. Please help.
Here are the two links:
The original: Modern Black and White Logo Door Sign Name Plate | Zazzle
The "new one": Modern Black and White Logo Door Sign Name Plate | Zazzle

Very strange. It sorta sounds like you and @Fharryn might be seeing the same bug. Originally Published in [insert foreign country/la... - Zazzle

Just read that one, too. 😉 So I guess it is now presenting a problem for designers. Good news is I tried the two products linked in @Fharryn 's thread and they both worked perfectly fine for me, too. So it seems to only be making a headache for the Designer, customers are not effected.

@ColsCreations Did you test that in "whatever country domain" as well?

No, because they were published on the US domain for that audience.
But I just did now after your suggestion. I tried both Farryn's and ES's product links on the Spanish domain they said the products were showing as orig created on. Then just for the heck of it also tried them on Switzerland and New Zealand domains. No problems anywhere. 👍
As a shopper, I can't see anything anywhere that says 'orig created on x domain' and I didn't encounter any problems trying to customize them. So whatever is happening here, it seems to only be creating a problem when/if the designer wants to edit the product. From my admittedly very limited testing, its not affecting the shopper.

Both those links go to the same product - Product ID: 256687779924491648
I tried the Personalize field to replace image with my own and it worked just fine. Do you know what she meant exactly by "erroring out"?
As for "originally created in espanol", there have been a number of posts from people saying they see "originally created in whatever country" and have no idea why. I don't recall seeing an official explanation from Zazzle but seems the consensus was, doesn't seem to be hurting anything, just weird.

Thank you! It's really a pain in situations like mine. I have several misspelled words in those descriptions/tags (1 due to my personal error but 2 due to possible translations?) Plus the tags/descriptions/titles are from my early learning days. They're not optimal, but I can't change them.

I've been dealing with it for a while, but now it's becoming an issue.
