In your Collection showing products, click on Paper Plates link and you'll get a popup window. Go to your paper plates for sale product you are trying to add, go to Edit Details. Under Marketplace Department make sure the department is the exact same as your Collection Pop-up indicates. If not, change it with an edit. Hope this works for you.
