Problem with disappearing Collections

Zazzle seems to have problems preventing the disappearance of some Collections, especially when there have been changes to a store’s Collections. Two of mine have disappeared. I can see them when I select My Account>My Collections. But anything I do there does not make them appear publicly in my store (lloydzlenz). I’ve checked out this problem on the Zazzle Community (found a bunch of them) and I think tried all the suggested solutions, but nothing has worked for me. If it helps, the problem arose this way: I had done some major changes to my collections by making new collections for products that had a theme for each of several sports. Once this was done, I clicked on Rearrange Collections and rearranged all of them. It was then that I noticed one collection (Halloween Happenings) was listed inactive. Finally, got that corrected today, but it still does not show up in my store. About the same time that I noticed the disappearance of Halloween Happenings, I also noticed a second collection (Christmas Treasures) was missing. But I am not sure exactly when it disappeared. However, it is listed as Active (in My Account>My Collections). Both of these are older collections that I have had for some time. Frustration is building. Help appreciated.
