Product Missing from Collection

I'm having a problem where a product is missing from the collection, even though it really is IN the collection. If I click on the product, the other wrapping papers in the collection show up normally underneath, but if I click on any of the other wrapping papers, this one is NOT showing underneath them!

The Collection management back end is saying that there's 6 products, but only showing 5 (actually showing 4, but there's a colorway variation for the 5th one.) Also ignore the fact that the last one showing is supposed to be a set of 3, but the wrong picture is showing on the collection, even though the actual product is set to the Zazzle's last in situ.

@Connie it can take a couple of days for your collection to settle down after it's been created or updated.

I see 6 wrapping papers in your collection. 

I would wait a couple of days for the product's page and cross sell collection to catch up and indexed

I've already waited a week or so.

I can see all 6 in the collection itself, but this one isn't showing up on the back end, OR on the product pages underneath the other wrapping papers.

@Connie That's really strange. Have you tried removing it - letting the collection index again - then adding it back in? 

Or maybe try rearranging it with the Manage Burger and see if anything happens

You could also try changing it from a cross sell then change it back and see if anything happens?

Or - if the collection is borked somehow  - make a new one and see if it does it again.

It's a pain when a cross sell collection misbehaves.
