Product stuck in content review

I still have Green Rainbow Melt Hand Sanitizer Travel Set stuck in content review since 03/30/2021. If it can't be reviewed and placed in my shop for some reason then you can delete it. Whichever works best to get it out of content review.

i have one stuck as well..

I have matchboxes still hanging around in my saved folder, even though they have all been approved. They should have disappeared by now.

I also have three products stuck in Product Review ... two of them dating back to 4/5/2020 and 11/4/2020, and one dating back to 12/20/2021. I would love to be able to delete them or get them deleted.

Unfortunately, this is a glitch that our Team is still working to fix. It would be best in this instance to resubmit the Designs under review. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

I have a design that has been in review since 18 Jan

I also have a question about the review process. When i create a design it takes week to months to review, but if a customer transfers an existing design to a new product they don't have to have a review? In this case the design wording goes to review not the product itself

i have a couple of these too, drives me crazy that i can't just delete them. It would be nice if there was an option to delete products that have yet to be reviewed anyways, cause you know...mistakes happen!

Two of my mistake products were finally cleared out and I was finally able to delete them from my 'saved designs' (which I couldn't do before when they were stuck in the 'under review' they seemed stuck there too), so that's a relief❤️.

but  I still have a face mask stuck in Under Review that is from 11/22/2020

i have a tote bag under review since 18 Jan. The customer was able to transfer the same design from another item and purchase right away... but when i transfer the design I have to wait for review?

I've had two products (seating charts) stuck in "under review" since over a year ago, and I'm not able to delete them.

I've have  products stuck in "under review" NOW SOME GOING INTO 1 WEEK and not yet reviewed is this broken again .

I have only two products under review, but after waiting quite a while, I gave up and remade them, eliminating what had triggered the review process. This was well over a year ago. In all that time, they were never reviewed, and so there they sit.

i have about 200 in there 

this is what Zazzle said two days ago

ZAZZLE--Though the uploads seem to be "under review," these products have already been reviewed. My Technical Team have advised that this is an ongoing engineering issue that has yet to be resolved and it seems that there are a number of products stuck in this process.  Unfortunately, they do not yet have an ETA.

Me--so just don't make anything if they are losing them .I am waiting for about 200  to get back into my store .this is what happens when you do updates to the system and not Bata test the updates first and always in the 4q don't make sense. only loses money.

NO ANSWER BACK TO THAT EMAIL.

Sometimes, depending on server traffic, you may experience a slight lag in the posting of public products.

Additionally, some Zazzle products must go through a more thorough approval process which ensures the compliance of the design with product-specific Zazzle regulations.

This must be done before they can be offered for sale to the public. Generally, these delays shouldn’t take more than 48 hours.

However, at a time of high volumes of uploads, additional delays can be experienced, which can add further time to the amount required for our systems to upload designs.

As soon as your design is approved by our content management team, your product will be automatically added to your Zazzle store.

no this is making a new design and waiting for it to finish being content review now going in to ten days
