Products Are Not Showing On Some Of My Devices.

I don't know if anyone else is having this problem. When I am on my laptop all of my products on my Zazzle store will show. All of my catergories, new products, collections, what I sold and so on will show with no problem. But when I go to my Zazzle store on my desk top or tablet, I don't see all of my catergories, collections, what I sold, new products. I only see a few products. My sister got on her computer at her house, and she did not see all of my products. I know this sounds strange, but this is really happening. I have been a member of Zazzle since 2012. I hope someone can help me. I have a better chance of making a sales, if customers can see all of my products.

Sorry to hear about this issue.

I have compared the store backend to the public storefront and I believe all of the products are showing up for me as expected. 

Would you be able to link to the products that are missing on certain devices so we can investigate? If you have screenshots showing the error as well it would be very helpful.

Hello Mark, thank you for responding to my issue. Right now I am going to attemp to show you what I see on my desktop and tablet compared to what I see on my laptop and cellphone.

Hello, Mark I hope you can tell that on my desktop and tablet only 4 products appear in each section on my home page Zazzle store. As for my laptop and cellphone 6 products in each section appears on my home page Zazzle store. Thank you again for responding and hope you can see what I am trying to explain.🙂
