Products aren't being added into marketplace March 19

Today I noticed that products aren't being added into the marketplace, neither are they showing up in the "Latest products created" section, I have also noticed that the number of picture ledges stayed the same since two days so I know it's not only me and the ones 2 days ago i made aren't in the search either,

I've been wondering if indexing is unusually slow this week?

I have the same issue.  Ones created on Friday are no place to be found. And, the royalty percentage is calculating incorrectly.

Same issue here. Products that I've created since March 17 still aren't visible on the Z marketplace.

This should be fixed very soon.

It's already fixed yay! but the products I recently sold for the first time still don't appear in my most popular (in my front store), nor did they go up on the search pages. newbie concerns 😎

scott sorry for my vague topic, i was so happy to see my products go one by one to their place in my front shop and in the market place.

as I said here, products that I had sold for the first time a few days ago, had not yet appeared on the front page of my store nor had they gone up on the market place, today during the day all these products were one by one taking their place, some went on the first page, first row of their category on MP. my topic was a compliment to the zazzle team, sorry for the misunderstandig.

Regarding my products sold for the first time after March 17th:

at this moment and as far as I know, only one has not moved on the MarketPlace, in fact I can't even find it there when I search. this one:

I find another one with the same title, the horizontal version, but not this one which is the vertical version of the same design (tags are different)

Thank you @Scott .  We appreciate your responding and giving us guidance on where to post things.  Very helpful.  Any word on what "very soon" means?

I did a search that I do often and the newest product shown is from 3/17/2023, 10:23 AM  I know there is a delay but this seems longer than usual as there should be several other newest items listed in the search from 3-17 up to and including today and yes I know today's most likely would not be shown yet but certainly those from prior dates should be by now.

Good idea @Angelandspot.  I hadn't thought of a new products search.  Thanks for sharing that tip.  🙂 

I repeated the search and although it did update the first newest product from that search shows a product from 3/22/2023, 4:16 AM and it's now 3/27/2023 so there's probably several newer products by now not just mine but also from other designers as well.

Many new products were created but these products are not updating to public status in my store and Not updating in the marketplace.  The last update was on 3/22

It's 3/26 and none of my new products have shown in the marketplace for several days now.

there was a mass update in the middle of last week but nothing since. Its been several days with no indexing

Is there still a problem with this? I’m very new and just started uploading this week. One shows up about 24 hours later and one I made a coupe of days ago still isn’t in my store. I don’t know what the norms are but I was curious. Thanks for your time.

Products are made public but are not showing up.  The description shows up but the image is blank.  

Products are showing up under my Collections but not able to order from my Categories.

I still can't find this product https://www.zazzle.com/white_custom_two_logo_business_company_backdrop-256641791554166779, when I search for BUSINESS LOGO BACKDROP it doesn't show up in the results.
This product was created on February 26th and first sold on March 19th, and has since disappeared from these search results.

I already removed the cover photo to see if it worked and it didn't, so I put it back on.

I need to sell more of this, harness the momentum, can anyone please help? Thanks!

(I find another one with the same title, the horizontal version, but not this one which is the vertical version of the same design (tags are different))

I'm curious why you're creating duplicative content like this. Customers can already find the horizontal version in the marketplace and turn it into a vertical version using the design tool.

Because customers can't switch to vertical without going into the design tool, and there, changing the design placement. many don't know or don't want to.
