Hi everyone,
I recently created a new collection in my store. I noticed that the recently created gift tags, including a gift tag I just created a few minutes ago, have suddenly disappeared. They didn't even have enough time to appear in the marketplace before disappearing. They no longer show up in the collection or under the "newly created products" section. I don’t understand what's happening, and it's been pretty frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what did you do to resolve it? Would love to hear if anyone has any advice or insight!

@ion_teodora_plu This has happened to me with an item about a week ago. I was perplex at first until I have seen an email from Zazzle's Content Review Team - turned out my item had been pulled for being in violation ("Your design contains an image and/or text that may infringe on intellectual property rights."). Even though I often check The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) at https://tmsearch.uspto.gov/search/search-information I couldn't quiet figure out what the culprit could be and so I asked the Zazzle's Content Review Team. I received a reply a week later and my item has been restored luckily.
Of course I do not know if my reason applies to your case but start maybe by checking your email Inbox for a message from Zazzle's Content Review Team. And if you find none maybe ask Zazzle anyhow if there is/was some glitch in the system perhaps?

Thanks for your reply! I don’t think there’s an issue with intellectual property rights, since the whole collection follows the same theme and only the gift tags are missing. Hoping it’s an error while I wait for a response from Zazzle support.

Well, I have the same issue. I created a few, and they do not show up under collection. I hope this gets resolved. It's pretty annoying.
I had to Google it up to find if Zazzle was down and came across your post which confirmed I'm not the only one facing this problem. Thank you for sharing.

I had this happen with some business cards. They eventually came back. It is frustrating, to be sure.
