I created a lot of new glasses and tumblers for my store last week. Checking today I see these items are still not showing up for my store for sale. I have attached two screenshots to help you understand the problem. One shows the new tumblers I made. The other shows that that store category sorted by newest items and the tumblers are not there. I The other 100 items I made last week have the same situation.
Please help,
Kal

Store Categories aren’t updating - this has been an issue since 7 June - so although new products are available to the public via search, etc, they aren’t showing in the store categories. Also when people are moving older products to a different category they aren’t moving. This is affecting multiple other people. I have been emailing zazzle about this for the last week or so, but am just getting standard responses back about products being reviewed before becoming public, clearing cache, ensuring browsers up-to-date, etc (all of which clearly aren’t the problem), so no further forward to finding solution/getting this fixed as yet.
