Products that are missing from the marketplace

Hi Everyone,

I've seen a few people mention that some of their products are missing from the marketplace. Unfortunately, these comments are being left in other conversations rather than being left in the Technical forum. As a result, they're rather hard for us to track down.

If some of your products are missing can you please link me to them in this conversation? I'd like to get this reviewed ASAP. Please only link me to products that are 3+ days old.

(also, feel free to tag a user who's mentioned missing products in another conversation)

I see all of these products in the marketplace. I just searched by the product title. So, they're definitely in the marketplace, but they may not be showing when you expect them to. This is a different issue that I'll have to review separately.

I've passed along all the examples that have been listed so far.

As always, it's important that we stay on-topic so that we can ensure that everyone who needs help can receive it. Starting tomorrow I'll be removing posts that are not relevant to the topic at hand. So, if you cannot locate some products in the marketplace please let me know. I understand it can be a bit tricky locating products sometimes, so no worries if you send over a handful of products that I'm able to locate. For clarity, I'm not asking that everyone go dig through their stores and spend 100 hours on this, or anything like that. I opened this discussion because I saw that a few folks had examples of products that they couldn't find in the marketplace. If you don't have any examples available then that's fine. We may have enough examples to start digging in here.

My earlier replies were prior to reading this last one. I still find the new message system a bit hard to navigate.

So, this thread is for items that are plain GONE from the MP, as near as I can tell.

My issue is with items that can't easily be FOUND in the MP anymore, when they could easily be found by customers using key words in the title or tags previously.

Do you want me to start a thread regarding this issue, send you an e-mail, or will you work from the ones I've already listed in this thread? Just trying to do what is best to help you all resolve that particular issue.

I did a search re all my products on marketplace and the number has gone from 60,000 plus to 32,000+ so some 28,000 missing. I have pm'd you a few links, not posting here for the reasons stated in pm. But I can't post all 28,000. And this isn't a filter issue, because I just looked for how many products I have.

Are the products in the marketplace based on sales only or do likes and views and zrank have something to do with ranking in the marketplace?

My card has 567 views / 3 likes and sold 118 it s NOT in the marketplace for Happy Birthday cards for men.

I am having a similar issue, however after uploading a mockup and selling the product a few times since last week it has since disappeared from the market place for several days. I cannot find it in the search results. Here's a link:

@Mark  I am wondering if you have an update regarding my product (link) below? I still can't see it via Zazzle's main search. I added a cover photo around a week ago and then had some sales but the product disappeared 4 or 5 days ago. I know it may take a while longer to correct the issue, so thanks if you can provide further feedback.

Thanks Scott, I can view my calendar in the search again since over a week ago. The designer that copied my title shouldn't be doing that though. They must have copied the full title and pasted it on to theirs! I can see it via Zazzle's main search bar: 2023 Custom Photo Calendar | Editable Year Text

I am finding this quite worrying because the Calendar I added a cover photo to was originally a best seller. I added a cover photo and it got to half way on the first page so started to climb again. I have double checked Zazzle search again and it seems another designer has taken the exact title of my calendar right down to the family name used on the calendar. I am wondering if this could be affecting the search? This has happened before on another product where a designer has taken a best seller's title (a unique well thought out title). This needs to be monitored. I know there are only so many titles that can be produced but when you are dealing with a title that is very unique and then someone copies the exact match this is very unfair.

So we took the effort to do so.
And then nothing happens? Products still missing from the marketplace.
So I don't understand at all why you wanted us to provide these links?
And now what? Do we need to re-publish these products ...?

This was resolved on the 16th, but the issue popped up again a few days later.
