Public Products Erroneously HIdden I Can't Unhide

I have 2 products Hidden that are actually Public, so there is NO option to "make public" on the drop-down menu. (Pictured) Items are a dragonfly card & a throw pillow. I've clicked on the dragonfly card and it just created two new duplicates in my public products in my store. So I haven't touched the throw pillow.
[The 3rd item, a spring card, was Hidden by ME months ago because I intend to redo it and the red triangle appeared for the first time after this view error issue occurred.}

I am having the same problem.  Products with zero sales are showing as "hidden" even though they were viewed recently.  Also, products that have sold in the past are also appearing as hidden, and it is my understanding that products that have sold should never appear in the optimization section, even if they have not sold recently.

Same issue here, I have 1000s that are both classified as "hidden" and "optimization needed" but are listed as "public" under the "additional information" tab in the product details.

This is NOT fixed. Throw Pillow is still stuck in there. And you can see there is no option in the drop down menu to make it public, because it's already public. (the dragonfly card is removed, but that was a duplication problem)

I discovered the apparently "public" product stuck in hidden, if I clicked "Make HIdden" on the dropped down, suddenly showed the optimization red triangle showing it was hidden for that reason, but because of the glitch that occurred last week, didn't register properly. Once I  "optimized" it, it left Hidden and was properly public again.  This does not mean that will resolved everyone's problems. But I think Z should have messaged the suggestion "uh, try hiding product" (since that is only option on your drop-down), then make public again and see it that resolves it"  Totally uncool to leave me to have to guess on my own. 
I will won't mark anything for a solution on this because I figured out a solution all by myself.

I am still having this problem.  Any updates from Zazzle would be appreciated.
