Quality Control on Printing and Packaging is Poor Lately

Normally I am wowed by the print quality of Zazzle products, especially when it comes from the main Nevada offices. I ordered some flat invitations in October and they came out beautifully, clean and the printed colors were exactly like my original design I created in Procreate. But then comes November and it's been a disaster. I had to order a replacement for a few items that appeared to have dirty printing lines smeared on them. I was issued a reprint and free shipping right away. I received the reprints today and the smeared printed lines continued, plus, the items were packaged in a damaging way! Luckily I have a lot of extra envelopes, but what if someone didn't? This envelope was completely crushed and my greeting card was bent due to the rubber band that was carelessly wrapped around my order. This is probably the saddest package I have ever received from Zazzle and I pray my customers who buy my designs are not receiving their orders like this 😭. I put hard work and care into designing and promoting Zazzle products and I know other Zazzle employees put in handwork too, so this carelessness is totally disrespectful to those who devote their time to Zazzle's brand. Who is packaging these items and who is deciding that a smeared dirty print is ok to ship out, ever? I'm attaching pictures of my disappointing package and issuing credit back since this is the second time I've asked for a reprint and got the same issue. I gave up. Please look into quality control 🙏 IMG_9861.JPGIMG_9864.JPGIMG_9865.JPGIMG_9866.JPG

Yikes! I hope rubber bands aren't being placed on any orders and that this is some weird fluke.

Thank you, it's been resolved. I am getting credit back. I also want to note that I received part of that order form a different print location in Kansas and those cards came out beautifully.
