I was reviewing my quick stats for an item that indicates 2 Orders, 3 Sold. My Products tab shows 2 Printed Orders. When I review my Royalty History export I see 2 Orders, Qty 2 with both orders being in the pending status.
Any insight on how this can happen is truly appreciated!

@HeatherM When a customer 'transfers this design' to another product, the sale gets attributed to the original product (I've had this in the past)
Or when a customer adds additional content that also adds up (again - I've had this happen too)
The best way to check is the email you received when it was shipped and if there a two amounts (your royalty + a £0.01 etc) then that would explain it

Thanks @Sara_H - I do not have emails when an amount was shipped perhaps because my notification settings for when "My products are sold" is set to daily.
I did look at my "Original Product Type" column in my export spreadsheet and I do not have any aprons with design transfers. When I look at my other design transfers in the spreadsheet I can see what product type the design was transferred from and to.
"Or when a customer adds additional content that also adds up (again - I've had this happen too)" - are you referring to sales that they did an add-on and the Royalty History spreadsheet indicates "See Above" and the Royalty Rate is 5%? If so, I checked that too there were no add-ons.

@HeatherM Not as in the See Above line - when they add artwork (secondary content) from another designer from the pool of backgrounds/assets in the design tool - those 'sales' get tagged on in the stats

@Sara_H Oh, so they could have used my design, with someone else's background and that would count as two sales for me on the Quick Stats?
Wow, that sounds awesome. How do we upload backgrounds for others to use and we earn royalties?
And if that's happening with the Quick Stats, it seems like Zazzle should fix it so that we are making design decisions based on solid data. It honestly made me question the royalty program.

@HeatherM no - I think it's closed now for people to add assets
