Royalties Not Updating?

Hello,

    I was just curious if anyone else has gone to the editing of their products and updated the royalties lately and gone back to check and it has not changed? Are there just problems going on with the site all the way around? I see the transferring design is still not working correctly either. Sorry for ranting if that is how it seems. I just have never had any problems updating things etc on here before and I have been here a long time. Anyhow, have a good one and thx for listening

@Rheanun This has happened to me and the way I get my royalties to change is to use the Bulk Actions dropdown - Edit Details - and change royalties that way as opposed to going to the singular product and Edit Details.

It's only on some products where the royalty refuses to change but using the Bulk Actions 9 times out of 10 - it works.

Royalties change once a month, on the 20th, if I recall correctly.  The change takes effect and then it may take a day or two to show in your product listing.

No, I understand that they update that way. I mean changing the percentage, I should have specified. I was changing the percentage on some of my products and then when I went back to see if they stayed, they didn't.

try to select more than one product at a time and also change the product description slightly if it's not sticking. Good luck!

This statement comes from Zazzle's own webpage:  "When posting a new product for sale, you have 24 hours to settle on a royalty. After 24 hours, whatever royalty you have set will remain in place until the next scheduled update, as stated above."
And, when it's not working correctly, I can only assume that there's a technical bug.  Would it be "on the list" to squash this bug once and for all?  We shouldn't have to learn workarounds, because until they're fixed - no one knows if they'll ever be fixed.
