Royalty History - does not work

Royalty History also doesn't move, with me from November 5. If you can solve this as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

When I view your Royalty History I see a sale from today.  Is there something in particular that you'd like the team to review?

Current total balance - does not increase after November 5th, and I had a sale on November 6th. It hasn't been taken into account, and today is already December 8, so I think there's a problem... Earnings aren't being transferred, so if you can solve that for me. Thank you.
