Royalty History not Updating

Since December 3rd, Royalty History is not updating.
I can see 2 sales in the Earning History and in the Royalty by Product; but they do no show in the Royalty History.

Good morning, Zazzle. I'm experiencing the same thing with Royalty History not updating vs Earning History, and all of the other recent technical issues that are being reported on. This is so serious. Please respond to all of these many problems and let us know what we can expect as far as correcting the issues in the most important month of the entire year. Thanks much. Paula

Yes, it is quite serious. I have a topic of the several technical issues and asked the moderators to please tell us what's going on. I was so glad that tissue paper finally made it back in stock, but now, when you search for it - everything else - comes up BUT tissue paper. This severely restricts sales to the detriment of the designers and Zazzle. What is going on with all these technical issues, especially this month?

The issue seems to have been solved: Royalty History is now updating correctly (December 3, 6pm GMT).

Sales not updating in history. When searched by product sales are there but royalty history stopped updating yesterday.

Hi, I also have the same problem. I got four notification of sales, 2 of that for the same product. This was fore June 2nd. None of that is showing in royalty history. It does show in earnings history, or royalty by product, if I set the custom date for June 2nd. Still, agreed it is very inconvenient to track sales this way.
