Some Collections are leading to an Error Page

I just noticed that some of my collections are not showing up at all. The links lead to a page that says this:

I reported this issue to Zazzle today, and they assured me they would look into it.

I am starting to have this same issue on two of my collections, one which I just created! I cannot provide a link to either as all I get is an 'Request  Error'  page, with no link to the actual collection. It is also happening on my web site where I provide my seasonal collections for Easter. This just started to happen on 3/03/2025. I cannot even do any editing on either collection. Collection names: Everything Easter and the new one is, Easter Elations Cards And Gifts. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I had the same problem. This is how I did it: Copy the link from the URL address bar and paste it into a notepad or text document. Then copy it again from there, and it should paste correctly.

This is just a way to paste a URL link on the forum. Otherwise when I copy and paste it directly, it just pastes as 'Error'. It doesn't solve the 'Request Error' problem. I hope it's fixed soon!

I have the same problem with one of my collections. I get the same error message when I'm signed out, or if I'm trying to access it from the backend.

The issue occurs when trying to access the collection pages:

  • Clicking a collection link from a product page results in an error message.
  • While the product page displays the collection and its included products, the link to view all products in the collection does not open.
  • From my Store Manager, clicking on the collection also leads to an error.
1. Evergreen Festive foliage wedding
 
2. Watercolor lemons elegant collection
 
3. Gold floral baby shower collection
 
4. Bee Baby Shower and Gender reveal
 

There are several more collections affected as well.

I just want to add that I have had this problem with one of mine too.  Although, I'm not sure how to get the right URL to post here.  So, I'll see what I can get atm.  This is the URL I get when it goes to the error page.  I cannot get the correct URL that it's supposed to go to, and I don't know how to get the correct URL instead.  Can someone tell me how to get the correct URL when this happens, please?    https://www.zazzle.com/pd/editcollection?id=119113942041403513&sr=250117919633901068 

I'm going through all of my collections (which are a lot), but found 2 more:

*I just wanted to add that copying it into a notepad, and then copying it from there didn't do any good.  It's still not clear, to me, what's going on.

My Nerdy Fun Gift Ideas Collection keeps going to "Request Error." 3/4/25. I was intending to get a share link to post from it to post today when I discovered this issue. Not sure how long it's been going on, but because of this Request Error I can't access any sort of link to it. Seems to be the only Collection effected. It is listed as "Active." So...could we fix it?

I think the issue is this "request error" is occurring for the Zazzle store owners themselves. I need to be able to access edit features & share links and I cannot.
