Suddenly there are wrong products in the collections

It's terrible.
I wrote to support earlier because I saw that the collections for lamp shades now contain lamps (I emailed the links). And now I see that the collections for framed wall clocks only contain acrylic clocks and the collections for combo mugs contain classic mugs.
I don't even want to search any further, I'm so frustrated. Many hours of work ruined. And what does that look like for the customers?
Zazzle, please fix this.

And if I put a new product in such a collection, it also appears as a wrong product.

And the paperweights in the collections now are all square or rectangle.

Yes, it's changing the old products as well as current new designs and across nearly all my collections.

I've taken it as my cue to stop working on Zazzle for now, until they can resolve this. I wonder if any older/well established designers can share if this has ever happened to them? I am relatively new, I started in June 2024. -Thanks for sharing GabiwArt.

It had never happened to me since the beginning of time, and it cannot be fixed by me on my stores - too much product destroyed. I haven't been on the forums for a while, but it's been a terribly rough 13 years physically and financially after a beautiful life. I should have my focus on disasters, but to design on Zazzle late at night now is a nice escape. It was. My best friend called tonight begging to take me to the ER in Charleston over an hour away, and I refused. Had I seen all my product destroyed, I think I would have gone to avoid a stroke!!!

I'm experiencing the same issue! My adult t-shirt designs have suddenly started displaying on baby grows—specifically the 'Baby Jersey Bodysuit'—even though I never designed them for that product. I recently shared a link to some new designs in a WhatsApp group with over 200 people, but when potential customers click on my collection, they only see the designs on baby grows instead of adult t-shirts and hoodies.

Zazzle, could you please look into this issue and provide some clarification? I’d really appreciate your help in resolving this!

Oy vey! Just checked one of mine and it's leading to some VERY inappropriate designs:

Suddenly a CONTENT REVIEW email from last week makes sense since I could not see what the invitation was, but it had probably been on Zazzle since 2006. I thought they were a little slow there on catching whatever, but I knew I have never once said anything lewd on my products nor broken any laws, so I didn't really care. OY VEY is right, with thousands of products hacked, that invitation might have said something bad! Heaven only knows what I invited prople to do on that invitation via hackers.

Noticed this too. Either it's on the wrong products -- onesie instead of an adult shirt or the orientation is wrong--the card show be vertical but is displaying a horizontal, cutting off the design. Tall latte mugs are now short.

If you click on the product from the collection is stays in the wrong product/orinetation, but if you see in the front end or back end, it's correct.

Everything is correct on the backend.
