When I try to transfer any products, I go straight to the gifts page. On the gift page, I can only transfer to a small number of products. When I try to transfer from the backend, I still go to the gifts page. How do I transfer to all products now?

Thank you. I did that yesterday, search by product and the search went back to the gifts page or when I clicked on a product, it was a blank product. Everything seems to be working now, I don't get any blank products, the search leads to the correct product and when I go into the gifts categories, I can get to all products.

Try updating the Category dropdown. That should show more options. We'll take a look at why this is happening.

Thanks. I see no way to update the categories, but I can click on each one of those categories and go to those products. Any links I click on to transfer, lead back to the gifts page.

I can transfer to some of the products, within the gifts section, but most of the products I transfer to are still blank.

I still get the gifts page when I transfer and I don't see all the categories, under refine by category. At least the products, within the gifts categories, are no longer blank.

Ich kann auch kein einziges Design übertragen. Wenn ich Design übertragen anklicke führt er mich auf die Startseite. Und wenn ich dort ein Produkt auswähle kann ich es nicht für den Verkauf einstellen sondern nur selbst kaufen.

A workaround that I’ve found for invites may work for you, too.
Once you’re on the transfer page, instead of using the drop-down menu, go up to the search bar and type in the product type. The Refine by Category menu (lower on the page) starts showing the categories you need and you can navigate to the right product type from there.

This has been happening to me for a few days. I tries all the work arounds but there are still products that will not transfer. One being sports and games stuff. Can the drop down on the Create Your Own Products be put back to include all the categories like it did before last week? There are only four categories dropping down now and two I do not use much. Not everything shows up when you type it in. Using the top area totally deletes your original image and information. I also can not locate all the sports and beach towels links anymore. This has really put a slow down on my work. I have been doing nothing but updating collections and boy my sales have suffered. Please Help Us.
