Tried to edit some titles on published designs and a bunch disappeared out of the collection

I just added a new collection recently and all of the holiday photo cards, the party invite, a few of the gift tags and an envelope liner just randomly disappeared today when I was working on editing the tags and descriptions. These were published designs that already had a bunch of views and now they're gone?? I see older versions of some of them in my saved designs but even when I click on those they aren't found. It's like they're wiped off the site. SO MUCH TIME went into designing these...I'm hoping someone can help. I've been messaging with tech support but they don't seem to understand they were published and not in the saved designs. Update...I think it's a problem with the "Edit Details" function. I went to edit a few RSVP cards in much older collection and recategorize them so they are considered "recommended products" in the collection and now those are gone too. This is a huge bug. I'm afraid to touch anything in my store now and that poses an issue for prepping for the upcoming season. =(  I'm praying someone can help fix this!

Something else I just discovered...any images associated with the missing products are also gone from my images.

I see 94 products in your collection.  Do you know how many you started with?

If the images are gone, I wonder if the designs got taken down for copyright? I've had products reported and when they took my products down they also deleted the images out of my image folder.  I am not saying that is what it is, but one possible explanation and maybe it was a coincidence it was after you edited?  If that were the case you should get an email from Zazzle, but it happened to me once and I did not get an email.  I was able to prove my designs were mine and got my products back though.

Thanks so much for looking into this, Malissa! I ended up redoing all of them and adding them back in today. I was missing about 8-10 but not all of them from this collection. Only the ones I was trying to edit descriptions on. Your theory could be correct in that most of them were "transfer design" products from other ones in the collection. I haven't gotten an email from Zazzle about any copyright issues, though. And the designs are my own-I didn't even license anything for it so it would be weird if that was the issue? I suppose if it's taken down again I'll have my answer and can contact Zazzle about it.

I hope you get it figured out! At least that wasn't too many to redo. 

I was just brainstorming with the copyright thing as an explanation for your images being missing.  Hopefully it was just a glitch. Sometimes things get falsely reported or it is a tag you would never imagine you can't use.
