Been trying to download / save a graphic to use on a mockup and each time I try to find the graphic after thinking it was downloaded.... it is nowhere to be found 😞

@igiftcenter it could be your network connection. I had the same problem - I was on my mobile hotspot. Changed over to my router and I could download

It wasn't a Zazzle tech issue as you already knew. I have a 4 terabyte backup drive I use to store my graphics and backups on a second 2 terabyte drive. Turns out I had to remove and reinsert my 4 gig drive and all the download issues went bye bye.
Thank you for your replies

My apologies for the wrong explanation: as it turns out I was downloading my graphic to my default 4 terabyte drive but photoshop was looking for the file on my other 2 terabyte drive... and of course it wasn't downloaded to that drive 🙂
