Twitter (X) collection images not appearing

When I post a collection to Twitter/X using the share link, the image doesn't appear.  I can see this has happened before, and the earlier post from another seller was marked 'solved', but it seems to be happening again.

Just tried it again, and it's working today!  Yay!  Both shared by the hotlink on X and with just the URL link.  BOTH brought the images through now.

Please give mods examples or links to your collections, because I know this happens whenever the collections change in any way, including adding products to the collection, editing anything.  This will cause the collection image to disappear.  So, idk if that could be the reason or what, but a mod could look into more specifics for you.

I've checked just now and the problem is happening with all my collections, on both Safari and Chrome, and whether or not I've edited them recently.

An example is https://www.zazzle.com/collections/golf_themed_father_s_day_collection-119820777959485595 which I haven't edited very recently.

I've just shared your collection on my twitter and no image appeared (windows/vivaldi)

It could be a twitter thing blocking images with RF numbers (but yours wouldn't have one)  maybe though I've just tested sharing one of my products (without RF) and the image showed up fine for that.

But no collection title shows up which is strange

And interestly, on yours, I tested the collection out on X, and you're right, the link is there, but no image.  The link works, but sorry, I got no image.  I used by RF code with it.

Hi Joanna, thanks for your message. I'm still having trouble with this - if I go to the collection and click the Twitter (X) share button, it gets as far as opening a new tweet, with a text link and "via @zazzle". However the image doesn't appear.

This is an ongoing issue (for some time now). However I think the error lies definitely within X and not Zazzle because it happens if I post from Zazzle (https://www.zazzle.com/hot_intersex_inclusive_progress_pride_month_lgbtq_car_flag-256510652163005389...) or from my own site (https://sanfrancisco.zone/hot_intersex_inclusive_progress_pride_month_lgbtq_car_flag/). And it has nothing to do with collection or just product nor the kind of link (clean or with RF) I usex_sfz.png.

Interestly, I tested both the product and the collection, using my RF codes.  Both worked with an image.  And, the collection image goes back to the collection.

@LauraLee Really!! So then it’s just glitchy - a hit or miss matter. May I ask what browser you have used?

Yes, I have (and used) the latest Google Chrome v.136.  And, I shared by both the clickable URL link and the X hotlink button.  Both completely shared the link and image.  Idk how or why.  Hopefully the zProgrammers will figure out these bugs/glitches and get them fixed.  
And honestly, and this should be in a new thread...why so many collections are still not showing products in them, when I can see the number of products is many.  But, different problem - different forum. 
My point being, adjusting to what Zazzle wants more of us doing, promoting, makes it difficult to actually promote.  Especially when I'm getting the feeling there are specific ways "to do" our promoting, that is not being said anywhere.  For instance the hotlink button for Pinterest.  Should we use the hotlink buttons only on occasion?  And try to mix up our promotional techniques.  That's worth hearing....if I only knew it gets more views, and return clicks and sales.  (That's just me though.) 😉😜  But again, not having images to promote, not having our descriptions on images (Pinterest)...glitchy, yes.
