Updated royalty not applied to all products

Hi,

I increased my royalty in mid January and I selected to update all current products, effective February 20. I noticed today a sale went through at the old lower royalty, and after some digging, I noticed that only some of my products have the new royalty. Can you help? (Note, I'm not talking about fixed royalties like masks -- these are royalties I've set myself.)

Thanks, @Cian . Please let me know what you find out. I just made another sale at my old, lower, royalty, so I'm losing out on the extra revenue. (sold https://www.zazzle.com/little_boy_things_that_move_vehicle_car_school_notebook-256232105814573239)

@Cian Following up again as many of my products are still at the old rate, even though last month I went through and manually changed most of them to my new rate. This one, for example, is still at my old rate, even though the new rate is in the Details area: https://www.zazzle.com/dinosaur_roar_green_monogrammed_kid_boy_t_shirt-235102329082477189

Hi @Emma ,

I also changed my royalty at the beginning of the month and noticed sales went through at the old lower royalty and that only some of my products have the new royalty. 

I just now manually changed the royalty on the products again and looks like they immediately changed over but this one did not and says it will change over on the 20th of next month: https://www.zazzle.com/pink_blush_girly_feather_monogram_name_table_lamp-256823201180507577
