Uploading images does not work

Uploading .svg files does not seem to work??

I get the error message "Server error" in red and no further explanation. Is there any limitations for .svg files not listed anywhere that I can find (I have searched the help pages).

Edited to add: One image out of five just made the upload, not sure why. The next I tried to upload got the same error message as before.

Sounds like your upload speed on your internet connection is too slow for some reason… Mine has been so throttled recently that I’ve had to start going to the library to upload large files..

You can run a speed test - lots out there. If your upload speed is measly, (mine hovers around .5 mbps!) that’s the problem. If it’s supposed to be much faster it may be fixable and your provider may be able to help you with diagnosing the problem.. It may simply be that your connection is slow… I’ve personally been looking at changing providers, but despite my location, for some reason none of them are currently offering fiber to my street..

We have fiber so the internet connections should not been a problem, not on my side anyway. If that was the issue, the must have been speed bumps on the way to Z servers.

If Z doesn’t have any solutions talk to your service provider. There may be settings to your modem or your house wifi that need to be changed/reset so you can get your proper upload speeds.
