White box missing as QRCode Background on some of my cards.

I just noticed that the white background for QRCodes is missing on some of the backs of my cards.

Just checking in on this again.  Curious if it is just a display issue and not a print issue?  If there is no print issue, then living with the display issue is no big deal.

Hello.... echo echo echo....

I've got the urge to make a bunch more cards but don't know exactly haw to handle the missing white box...  Can I assume it is gone for good??

I started making a few covers for some of my cards and some have the white square and some don't.  The lack of the white square affects some of my designs and I would really appreciate some feedback concerning this issue.  It has been about 5 months since I first inquired.

This post was started in 10/22 and there has been not resolution or information provided.  I also tried emailing help and never received a response. 

I can't tell if this is a display issue or if it extends to the actual printing of the cards.  If it is the latter, I should be fixing a lot of cards.  This unresolved issue is the reason I have not made a card in ... 8 months... ouch...  Please be kind enough to share some info on this situation.
