Works in Progress under "MY Designs" are Inaccessible

Hello,

I've been working on several designs that I can no longer access. I tried accessing them from both the account and the store websites. I see the in-progress works on the "My Products"/"MY Stuff"/"My Designs" webpages. But when I click on them, I am getting the error message: "Oops! We can't seem to find the product you're looking for." 

Please advise. I put so many hours on these and do not want to lose them.

We just dealt with this issue in this thread.

We solved it by clicking on the edit pencil, click done, and then clicking on them and they came up to be published. Try it. I hope it works.
