Wrong collection showing under my product!

One of my most popular products is showing the wrong collection underneath! It is somebody else's collection, with only a few products. My product IS in that collection, but I have it in my OWN collection with a lot of other matching products, and I'm most likely losing sales of those other products because people don't see that there's matching products! PLEASE put our collections FIRST, when somebody else puts our products in their collections!

I noticed the same thing with one of my products sometime last weekend. I had planned to post about it on Monday when moderators were back but when I checked it first thing Monday morning the product was showing in my collection again.

I didn't know this was even possible! I wonder if this is a new blip?

Many affiliates create collections with various designers items in them because the niche they are covering isn't available from one designer or because they want variety. So unlikely intentional to create this result on behalf of whoever has created the collection. I for example years ago created 'Best Seller' collections. And many other Zazzler's followed suit. So there are tons of collections like that. They all rank the highest in collections. When I created mine, collections had just 'come into being'. I can't find mine now so think I deleted it ages ago.

Definitely though  it should only be OUR collections that show beneath our products so hopefully Zazzle star engineers can remedy this.

I didn't mean to imply that it was intentional on the affiliate's part, and I'm certainly grateful for their interest in my products- I need all the promotional help I can get! But it is either a glitch or intentional on Zazzle's part, and that's what needs to be fixed.

If this is not a glitch, it is unacceptable.

Please only show our own collections on our pages or allow us to choose what collection shows... (which I can't imagine would even be possible techwise)

Adding:  I have made collections for promoting as an affiliate but I don't want them showing on the designers pages!  they have no relevance as a collection to anyone but me.

Hey Connie,

Thank you for highlighting this with us. Can you provide a link to the product in question and a link to the collection it should be showing in?

Thank you,

Pádraig.

Hi @Connie,

Thank you for the info. I have passed it on to the team now. Hopefully we will have an update soon.

Those that I have check from item pages confirm that my collections are not showing up under the products. Between that happening and missing sales information on pages (% off on sides and banner at top of page) not showing up I am getting frustrated. No wonder I have not seen sales in awhile. I thought they were just taking a break on the sales before the holiday. It seemed strange after the second day so I checked an item on incognito page and all the information shows there. I tried to sign off and look at pages but the information is not on them either only on the incognito page. I have not listed any sale posts for two days. Now I am wondering if it is only me this is happening to. I have to check it out in a different browser just thought of that. I am using Chrome. I sure hope this is not happening to buyers.
