Yet Another Unhappy Customer Due to OFF Color Printing

So, it's been 8 days since I have heard from Zazzle about my color printing issues on Multiple (I think 4) products has spoken with me and at that time the information including order numbers, photos of the products compared to the artwork were sent and Mark was sending this to the team and would get back to me as soon as he heard anything - Today, I have yet Another complaint on a misprinted invitation - pink blobs behind the image. She sent photos of her invitations - I created the artwork myself and there is NO pink in the artwork - period. I have told her to contact Zazzle customer service for a replacement and She is concerned her invitations will not arrive on time or if the color will be corrected.
Her Message to me:
Hi, I recently ordered my wedding invitations with yourself, I think there has been a printing error with the ink, this has lead it to not look like the template ones that I had chosen as it is very obvious. I am looking to get another 10 invites sent out as soon as possible with this error corrected.
Please see image attached, I hope you will be able to fulfill this request on such short notice.

Where in the world did the printers get this pink blob?
I dismantled the layers of my artwork and checked each layer - NO Pink
What is going on?? .. I have all but gotten down on bended knee to beg for an explanation of what in the world is going on in the printing dept to no avail - I have asked before.. is the ink sub- standard due to availability? Are the printers running out of ink? Are these products getting outsourced to home printing or smaller companies to get them printed where there is no Quality control? ANY way you look at it.. someone before the product is sent out MUST see the color discrepancies in the design vs the printed product - The first time I reported these color issues was in early March - I have be assured since then, someone was looking into it.. When ? I have not yet gotten an answer as to what is happening and why these images are being printed with the wrong colors. My first customer ended up cancelling her order because her blue signage kept coming to her in green mixed with some ugly brown purple - neither of which was in the blue design . It is Not the paper style as has been suggested . it is mis colored ink. Please... Zazzle can someone take this issue seriously and at least be transparent with me and tell me Why this is happening? This is a 2022 issue that I have never had with my designs before - and these designs have sold over and over prior to this year without issue.

She didn't order this on the pearlescent card type (champagne or pearl shimmer) I'm assuming ... it looks like there is some 'sheen' to the invite. Even so, it does look very odd. I hope you manage to get an answer.

When I click on her order, it appears she ordered the Matte - (my background image does have a texture to it. So it may come out as a sheen in photos?) In any case there should not be a pink blob 😞
I hope I get answers soon too.. so far I have gotten none.
