Zazzle SUNGLASS NOT WORKING

Zazzle I would like to add text to the expensive sunglasses, but if you add text inside the green lines like you are supposed to, the text in the preview image shows the text much lower, or it's so low it will not show in the preview.  This is not, I repeat NOT USER ERRER,  PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
