Zazzle team could we get a response?

I've gone through all the convo strings going on right now about the category issue and have yet to see a response from the Zazzle team. I understand you are most certainly aware of the issue and working hard to rectify it and find a solution, but you're creators are seriously concerned and in need of communication from you.

Since I can't work in my shop, I had a little extra time so....

Edit to clarify: by bug, I meant a real bug, as in INSECT.

I have same issue! I just seen that bunch of my products aren’t showing in my categories when I click on them. Freaking me out a little. 😳

We're aware of the issue, and it's currently being worked on.

When an issue like this arises the best move would be to continue conversation in an existing conversation. There's a handful of different conversations on the Category issue, and then there's this discussion, which is asking for a response to the rest of the myriad of threads. All this is just gumming up the Technical forum and making it difficult to find information.

I'm closing this discussion since it's a duplicate.
