Templates for designers

I'm new to Zazzle so please bear with me if this is a stupid question, but I am about to create a series of Christmas cards based on dog breeds where the main design will stay the same but I change the photo on each product.

I want to create a design template to use for myself to create those products so the background, template text and other elements are pre-filled and I only have to add a one new image to create a similar product for a different breed of dog.

As a web designer I'm used to creating libraries, creating templates and re-using elements to create a consistent style so I am trying to create the best workflow for my Zazzle design process.

You don’t even need to transfer it to a new card… Just create your first card and post it for sale.  Open your published product, edit it with your new image, post for sale again. This will create a whole new product- remember to change the title and any tags that need adjustment. Rinse/repeat.

Create your first card with the desired dog breed and template text. Publish it for sale. Then open that published card and transfer it to a new card. All your text and images will transfer. Change out the dog image on the new card. Update your title, description, tags as needed.  Repeat this for all your dog breed images.

Thank you both but I am still falling at the first hurdle - I created the first card but I only have the Add to Cart button and Personalise, there is no Sell It button so I can't add it to the shop.

Now it is working, I must have done something...
