Organizing collections and "bonus products"

I called zazzle support today to figure out how to organize my products inside the collections, I looked everywhere and couldn't find out how to do this for weeks. Now that I know, I tried to reorder my products and ran into a few things that are unexpected. I hope Zazzle can improve these issues.

1 - Reordering was easier with the old collection system (although I like the new features that have been rolled out). The reordering icon is not in a prominent place.

2 - For example if I have 5 napkin styles, the reordering just takes that whole batch and I'm not able to select individual products like previously. There is one thumbnail view of the 5 napkins. I personally prefer seeing each individual product for my workflow. Maybe I have multiple napkins but would like to arrange them individually, for example, one could be closer to a similar color on a cup, or a quote on another product, etc. 

3 - There is no option I could find to reorder the bonus products at the very bottom.

This is just my feedback and opinions for my workflow.

@Maura Have you played with the ungrouped product sort option on the cross sell type collection? (burger menu next to the Add Products)

That's when it takes everything out of the individual slots and you can rearrange to your hearts content, (not used it myself but I believe it'll help with the arranging - I could be wrong though)

Hi Sara, Can you define where this access is? I don't find the burger "Add Products" in my collection.

Oh - I just figured it out on my own. It's the type of group you choose that makes it possible to order the products within a collection!

If you @ tag my name in your reply - I get an alert  - normal replies I don't get any notifications for some reason. 

Happy you sorted it out - yes - it's the type of collection you choose - ie cross sell. The other types don't have the burger (ie ungrouped product sort option drop down type thing)
