The workspace in the designer tool must be pristine and pure white to work properly, as in any graphic and image editing software. Please remove all these newly added shadows and whatever semitransparent overlays that distort the design's colors; these have no place in a professional working area, which is NOT a product preview where you want to simulate depth and structure. As a side note, the new minimalist bleed, print, and safe delimiter lines are of no help, either. And, please, don't let your designers suffer with the intermediate solution seen in the new forms, with vital tools hidden under tons of buttons, especially on desktops with large screens. Hi guys, I have a brand called Paw-sitive Crafts that I'm working on right now. I mainly sell items with dog and cat prints while making art. I aim for creatives and crafters who love pets. The issue is that i'm not getting many views, they are mostly comming from my social media accounts, and there are no buyers yet, so I subscribed to an extension called zazzlytics, so I could search for the best keywords and to see what is going on with other people's stores and products, i'm not sure if the app is not correct or if it is the reality, but apparently, most items from stores are not getting much attention too, even the ones with better rating and stuff. I'm wondering if you guys are making a profit, especially those that are not focusing on personalisation and wedding/baby showers/parties and stuff. I know Zazzle is mainly for that purpose, but I would love to hear from people who don't focus too much on that, and I would love to hear some tips on how to sell more, too.   A message I got in red from a customer and not the first one.  AGAIN I have complained, and nothing has been done yet. I still have designs that say this and it all happened when they changed paper sizes. Can they not fix the problem with the technology that thy have today. This has hurt my sales. YES they can hit the paper size or the # and it will correct for them to be able to purchase. That being said you all know it is instant want now days and people don't know to do that so they are going to leave.  I love being on Zazzle but this has really put a bad taste in my mouth about all of this.  Not only this but the referrals isn't right either but guess that is for another discussion.  DJ Anderson Hi Rena! I posted my products on Instagram for a while (only about 1-2 times a week), and I didn’t receive many views or followers - and I received very few comments. So, I put Instagram on hold, since Zazzle is becoming increasingly more work — and with reduced royalties on top of that. Has anyone here seen good results with posting on Instagram? Hi, I wanted to flag a recurring production issue that’s been brought to my attention by a customer. They ordered one of my round sticker designs and received three separate shipments (the original order plus two replacements), all of which were misaligned and off-center. The last reprint was reportedly the worst of the three. This kind of repeated issue is concerning because it suggests that replacement orders may not be visually checked before being shipped. It not only frustrates customers but also reflects poorly on the overall experience for both buyers and designers. I am SO SO FRUSTRATED right now!  Don’t bother working 7 days a week promoting your designs on your blog or social media, or wasting time creating polished mock-up images. Don’t even bother putting in the extra effort customizing for clients and then sending them direct links with your own Ambassador ID. No matter what you do, you’ll still see unexplained third-party sales — even when the product is private and shared only through your link. And now, with royalties capped at just 10%, it’s hardly worth the effort. Try asking why your expected referrals don’t appear in your earnings, and the answer will always be the same: Zazzle claims it’s “beyond their control” how customers navigate and interact with the site. So why even create an Ambassador Program to boost earnings if creators aren’t protected in the slightest? ... View more
